2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses worldwide. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the size and weight of the order. For orders within Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, a flat shipping rate of AUD 15 applies for products up to 5 kg. For items exceeding 5 kg or for other destinations, shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. For detailed shipping cost calculations, please refer to the AU Post website at Australia Post. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (Australia): 2-7 business days
International: 14-28 business days

6. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

We use AU Post for all shipping needs. The carrier used for your order will depend on the shipping destination and service selected.
